105-Bikini Quatro Quesos

A Grilled Cheese sandwich from the new Pepe by Jose is not just another grilled cheese. With several different kinds of cheese, bread imported from Spain, and a side of Hiney Mustard, this is unique. The name "Bikini" comes from the Bikini Concert Hall in Barcelona, where street vendors have been selling pressed ham and cheese sandwiches to late-night revelers and concert-goers for years.
