There's a new quick-service restaurant in Disney Springs called Pepe by Jose. Mouseplanet was there last week for a tasting from their new menu. Nearly half of all the ingredients used at Pepe and its main restaurant, Jaleo, is imported from Spain and we can confirm that the food is authentic. Photo by Donald Fink.
